March on Quel'Danas

Raid GuideRetail

Boss abilities and loot tables from Blizzard's own journal, boss by boss.

Darkness has eclipsed the Isle of Quel'Danas, clouding the skies above Silvermoon City. With Arator the Redeemer by their side, the Champions of Azeroth must march on the Sunwell before the light of the blood elves is lost forever.

Written notes for this instance are a later milestone. Everything on this page comes from Blizzard's journal data.

Bosses

1. Belo'ren, Child of Al'ar

One of the last clutch of Al'ar, Belo'ren was raised for the purpose of protecting the Isle of Quel'Danas. In the aftermath of the Voidspire, Belo'ren has been irradiated by Void. Confused and freshly hatched, the phoenix is focused on its sole task: Keep any invaders from reaching the Sunwell.

Abilities

  • Overview

Belo'ren guards the Sunwell with both Light and Void magic. His [Voidlight Convergence] infuses players with either Light or Void, protecting them from one while leaving them vulnerable to the other. When his health is depleted, Belo'ren retreats into an ashen egg and begins to cast [Rebirth]. Players must damage Belo'ren to diminish his [Immortal Flame] before he is reborn anew.

Belo'ren ascends in his majestic phoenix form wielding the power of the radiant Light and devouring Void.

  • Stage Two: Ashen Shell

As Belo'ren falls he retreats into an ashen egg and kindles the fire of rebirth.

Loot

2. Midnight Falls

Abilities

  • Overview

The Dark Naaru counts down the minutes with each harrowing toll of [Death's Dirge] that echoes off the sacred walls. [Heaven's Glaives] rip and tear through the armies of light as L'ura conducts the infinite power held within [The Darkwell] to extinguish all that is holy. When [Midnight] falls and Azeroth descends into darkness, brave [Torchbearers] emerge from the shadows to face [The Dark Arch
