The Everything WoW Companion
The Companion is a World of Warcraft addon that writes down what Blizzard's API does not: where an NPC stands, what a vendor sells, what a mob dropped, and where a quest begins.
What It Records
- NPC, object, and rare spawn sightings, with the map and the coordinates.
- Quest events: where a quest is taken, turned in, and completed.
- Loot events, so a drop rate can be estimated from how often an item fell.
- Vendor inventories with prices, trainer lists, and flight paths.
- Your own character's gear, talents, professions, reputations, and currencies.
The Companion never records chat, never records another player's name beyond a guild roster you opt into, and every category is a switch you can turn off.
