Wrathion allows players to utilize their [Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve] to recover from Wrathion's [Anchor of Sanity]. Losing all Sanity grants [Gift of N'Zoth], then transforms a player into a [Servant of N'Zoth]. Players lose access to Wrathion's aid in the final stage.
